Data Integration Relationship Manager

The Lead Relationship Manager will work closely with internal and client stakeholders to ensure the fast, accurate and complete integration of client data into PayNet’s production database.  Oversees all aspects of an integration over the entire life-cycle (initiate, plan, execute, control, close).  Communicates frequently with team members, clients, and senior business stakeholders regarding project status.  Initiate action to resolve integration problems/issues and report on mitigating steps and actions taken to ensure timely deliverable, project success and quality.  Enthusiastically engages with customers to move the process along and create a sense of urgency. 

Responsibilities:

  • Create and execute project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements

  • Manage day-to-day operational aspects of an integration project and scope

  • Review Deliverables prepared by team before passing to stakeholders

  • Effectively applies PayNet’s integration methodology and enforces project standards

  • Minimize exposure to project risk

  • Conduct, schedule and lead internal and external meetings to coordinate integration efforts

  • Motivate and inspire team members to innovate integration processes

  • Act as subject matter expert (SME) and liaison with other areas within PayNet on data integration topics

  • Complete ad-hoc projects as assigned

What makes you a good fit for this role?

  • A college degree (a major in finance, accounting, or related field is preferred)

  • Energetic and outgoing personality

  • 5-10 years’ experience in Commercial Banking

  • Some experience working with or managing delinquent accounts

  • Strong Excel skills towards data analysis

  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills

  • Excellent written and oral communications skills in English

  • Ability to conduct meetings in person, over the telephone and web

  • Ability and willingness to travel. (Around 15-25% of the time as needed)

  • Sound planning and organizational skills with a strong attention to detail

  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple concurrent projects and priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment

  • Work independently and with others; self-directed and results-oriented

  • Excellent interpersonal skills

  • Willingness to learn new technologies to best solve data-related issues

  • Strong preference for experience in commercial banking and or credit reporting/risk
